    This is where you register as a Congress participant. Choose the registration fee from the options provided. Pay through this website. YOU REGISTER BY SELECTING ONE OF THE REGISTRATION OPTIONS OFFERED. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM

Registration by Direct Bank Transfer

This option is provided because some people have difficulty paying using a CREDIT/DEBIT Card. The preferred method of registering is through the ONLINE Form above.

If you are using this option you must

  1. Complete the form and submit it with the required information.

  2. Make Bank Transfer to the Account listed on the form.

  3. Send an email to the IDEA Administrator ad.ideadrama@gmail.com that you have paid through Direct Bank Transfer.

The IDEA2024 Congress will be available as a hybrid event. You can choose to participate:

  1. In person - attending Congress in Beijing

  2. On-line

 

The in person conference registration includes:

  • Opening and closing ceremonies

  • Keynotes

  • Scholarly gatherings, which include research papers, panels, posters, lecture/demonstrations, workshops and discussions

  • Children and youth performances 

  • Social events​

  • Transport from accommodation to Congress venue

  • 开幕式/闭幕式

  • 主题演讲

  • 学术聚会，包括研究论文、专题论坛 、海报展示、讲座/演示、工作坊及讨论环节；

  • 儿童与青少年戏剧舞台呈现

  • 社交活动

 

The hybrid online conference registration includes:

  • Synchronous broadcasts of opening and closing ceremonies and keynotes

  • Some online academic paper presentations and discussions

Note: all registration fees do NOT include transaction or bank charges. The full amount for registration must be received by IDEA. 

Important information Revised date for Early Bird Registration

Registration will require you to show your IDEA membership – either as an individual member or as a member of an organisation/association that is a current member of IDEA. Check your membership status to ensure that it is up to date. 

Individual needs and Solidarity Funding

Recognition of individual needs. IDEA recognises that individual circumstances vary depending on country, occupation and economic factors.  IDEA invites confidential applications for fee relief from members experiencing difficulty in funding registration fees.

Solidarity Funding. IDEA recognises that some members  need support to attend IDEA2024 Congress. IDEA and IDEAC are seeking funding to  provide funding support for attending.
