Registration by Direct Bank transfer
IDEA2024 Congress Registration by DIRECT application to Treasurer
This option is provided because some people have difficulty paying using a CREDIT/DEBIT Card. Please see details on the Registration Page.
1. You must complete the Registration Form provided.
2. You must pay through DIRECT TRANSFER to the IDEA Bank Account.
3. You must email the IDEA Administrator ad.ideadrama@gmail.com with details of your payment.
The preferred method of registering is through the ONLINE Form on the Congress webpage www.idea2024congress.org.
Note IAC International Advisory Committee Members must register through the ONLINE registration.

Accommodation Options
The Congress suggests the following accommodation options. Please book your accommodation directly with the hotel through your preferred booking site for the dates you require.
Tip: The hotel prices are for reference, and the exact price is subject to the price when the hotel is booked.
Transport to the Congress venue will be provided from Option 1 (Hilton) and Option 2 (Longxi Hotel). Additional information from IDEAC.
If you stay elsewhere, you need to make your own transport arrangements.

YOUNG IDEA Project
The 2024 Young IDEA event is about to launch, and we cordially invite you to join us! As an event aimed at individuals aged 18 to 36 who are passionate about drama and drama education, the goal of Young IDEA is to promote cross-cultural exchange, collaborate on creating an exciting theatrical production, and showcase it at the IDEA conference.
As a participant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other drama enthusiasts and professionals from around the world, share your unique insights and experiences, and collectively create a captivating theatrical piece. In this creative and dynamic environment, you will grow alongside like-minded individuals and make friends from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Booking flights.
Arriving in Beijing by air you need to know that there are two international airports for Beijing.
Beijing Daxing International Airport (Closest to the venue)

Driving distance to the campus: 40 minutes
距校区车程40分钟
The other international airport is:
Beijing Capital International Airport

Driving distance to the campus: 1 hour and 30 minutes

It is suggested that you book flights to Beijing Daxing International Airport.
If arriving by train or other means, check for how to get to the Congress venue and accommodation.

The venue is a modern secondary school with a wide range of facilities needed for the Congress. Daxing district, located in the south part of Beijing, is a suburb of Beijing.
Downtown Daxing is 13 kilometers away from the Beijing city center.

Thank you to everyone who make an application to present.
The program will have more than 70 Workshops; more than 80 Academic Papers; 3 Panels; Performance still being discussed.
Successful applicants have been notified.
The lists of Workshops, Academic Papers, Panels and Performances will be added to the web site during March.
