Artistic and social objects and laboratories: the importance of non-formal
education through performing arts, where communities are co-creators, and partitioners. Experiments around the concept of Family (natural or chosen) in its widest sense building bridges through differences using as transversal human concept - the ability to create bonds that overlap social differences, intergeneration and cultural backgrounds and languages.
Concept model with proof of concept with application in a fishing area (Aveiro, Portugal), where over 6 months 2 isolated communities learn to overcome differences by exploring common notions of family and co- create, with the presence of facilitators, a show to present to their
communities and wider public.
Importance of finding answers to reach to an ever-increasing number of
individuals that are isolated due to geographical, societal, economically or simply are without family (as in strong bonds with an individual that constitute an 1st line of response in case of need).
