The panel will present the new UNESCO paper FRAMEWORK FOR CULTURE AND ARTS EDUCATION that is a result of years of research with the involvement of IDEA and WAAE. The panel will present the results of the Side Event discussions organized in AbuDhabi in February 2024 by WAAE concernnig the monitoring of the implementation of the new document. New strategies and methods of advocacy will be presented, some of them outcomes of the panel itself.
